Parking and EV charging
Off-street parking at all five houses, and a private EV charger at one.
Parking
Every house has off-street parking.
Most of it sits behind a gate, and free street parking is available at all five. Miami is a driving city, so this matters more than it sounds.
EV charging
One private Level 2 charger.
The Patio House has a private Level 2 EV charger in its gated driveway. Charger access is $20 a night, or $150 a month on stays of 30 nights or more. Charging is not available at the other houses.
