Little River sits in northeast Miami, just north of the Design District. It has been a largely Haitian neighborhood for decades, so Kreyòl is spoken on the street and the bakeries are Haitian. A food hall, galleries and small cafés have opened alongside the places that were already here. These are the spots we send our own guests to, grouped by how long they take to reach.

Getting around
Uber and Lyft reach Wynwood in under ten minutes from any of the houses, and Lime scooters cover the area. Every house has off-street parking, most of it gated, so a rental car is the easy option. See parking and EV charging.
When to come
Winter and early spring are high season, with dry, warm days. Art Basel Miami Beach fills the city in early December, so book that week early. Summer is hotter, wetter and quieter, and hurricane season runs June through November.
